With telephone banking, your Castle Rock Bank account information is only a phone call away.  Using your touch-tone phone, you can access your checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit and loans, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Dial 1-855-688-5052 and after a brief introduction, you will be asked if you are a new or existing user.  New users will be guided through setting up a password.  Existing users will be asked to choose one of three menus;  Option 1 for checking accounts, Option 2 for savings and money market accounts, Option 3 for certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts and Option 4 for loans.  After making a choice, you will be asked for your account number and password.

For checking, savings and money market accounts you can access:

  • Balances
  • Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments
  • Verify deposits and withdrawals
  • Search for an item by check number or amount
  • Check account interest if applicable


For CDs and IRAs you can access:

  • Balances
  • Total interest accrued for current year and last year
  • Most recent interest accrual date and amount
  • Maturity date and rate information


For loans you can access:
  • Loan balances and make loan payments
  • Most recent payment date and amount
  • Next payment due date and amount
  • Interest paid for current year and last year


Funds transfer and loan payment is easy.  You simply enter the “to” and “from” accounts, the amount and you will get a confirmation that the transfer will be completed at the end of the next business day.

You will also be able to change your password.  All menus allow you to “step back” to the start of that menu or to the main menu.
