To open this account, you must deposit $1,000.00. To earn the annual percentage yield shown, your entire balance must remain on deposit for at least 6 months. The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.

Transaction Limitations

You may not make withdrawals from or deposits into this account until maturity. If you withdraw any funds before maturity, your account will be charged an early withdrawal penalty in an amount equal to 30 days' interest.

An early withdrawal penalty may invade principal.


1 Year Certificate of Deposit

Your account will mature in 1 year. This account will automatically renew at maturity. You will have ten business days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty.

Minimum Deposit, Time and Balance Requirements

To open this account, you must deposit $1,000.00. To earn the annual percentage yield shown, your entire balance must remain on deposit for at least 1 year. The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.

Transaction Limitations

You may not make withdrawals from or deposits into this account until maturity. If you withdraw any funds before maturity, your account will be charged an early withdrawal penalty in an amount equal to 30 days' interest. An early withdrawal penalty may invade principal.


18 Month Certificate of Deposit

Your account will mature in 18 months. This account will automatically renew at maturity. You will have ten business days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty.

To open this account, you must deposit $1,000.00. To earn the annual percentage yield shown, your entire balance must remain on deposit for at least 5 years. The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.

You may not make withdrawals from or deposits into this account until maturity. If you withdraw any funds before maturity, your account will be charged an early withdrawal penalty in an amount equal to 90 days' interest.

Additional Fees and Terms

Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (e.g., checks).

Balance Computation Methods

The daily balance method applies a periodic rate to the full amount of principal in the account each day.

The average daily balance method applies a periodic rate to the average balance in the account for the period. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the full amount of principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.
